Shipping policy
Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, with international delivery coming soon.
As a small independent business, every ILLUMINIQUE product is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared before it leaves our studio.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Standard UK Delivery
Our Standard UK Delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Delivery: Approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Free standard UK delivery on orders over £95.
Please allow a little longer for delivery during seasonal or particularly busy periods.
Next Day UK Delivery
Next Day Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday–Friday) will usually be dispatched the same working day and are expected to arrive the next working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note that Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day, however this service is not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Studio Collection
Studio collection is available from our North West London studio, Monday to Thursday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Once Studio Collection is selected at checkout, we’ll contact you by email to arrange a collection day and time.
